Sound Bath
Sessions
Give yourself an immersive healing experience through the energy of soothing sounds infused with reiki and angelic healing. Allow your bodies and fields to be bathed by sound, bringing forth clearing and healing to raise your vibration and align you with the frequencies of peace, calm, joy, focus, serenity. This experience will bring your body back into a state of balance and alignment, which allows deep healing. Sound baths promote reduced stress, relaxation, wellness, and a calm and balanced mind/body.

Connect to divine heavenly light vibrations and allow it to stream in — lighting you up from the inside out. It is our time to rise and set ourselves free from the burdens of the past and the hurts and pains that are keeping us locked into repetitive patterns. As you listen and receive, allow the light to lift, cleanse, and restore your entire state of being.

Group Sound Baths are scheduled monthly in person at One Heart Yoga. Recordings of monthly sound baths will also be available on the RECORDINGS page within 24 hours of the event. Monthly sound bath information can be found on the EVENTS page.

Journeys
Group Sound Bath
🔹 Take a healing journey along angelic frequencies to help in many ways on your life path. Sound Baths can reduce pain, decrease stress, bring in peace and calm, allowing you to anchor in joy and love.
🔹 Sound baths last approximately 60 minutes. All sound baths include 7 crystal singing bowls attuned to the 7 chakras, along with sung angelic light language.

End of Life Sound Bath

🔹 Enhance the sacred experience of transitioning from this life to the next with a special sound healing session to help your loved one
🔹 Relax with soothing sounds of the angels to help release fear, decrease pain, bring in peace and comfort with end of life transition.
🔹 End of life sound bath will include crystal singing bowls attuned to the seven chakras, along with sung angelic light language. I will also create an intuitively chosen crystal grid to anchor the high vibrations and healing energies for your loved one’s peaceful transition
🔹 You may request healing or support in a specific area or I will follow intuitive guidance to bring forward healing energies for the session
🔹 Attend the session in person or virtually to get personalized sound healing and insights for your loved one ***in person sessions may be done in the private setting where your loved one is most comfortable***
🔹 Close family/friends may surround your loved one during this session. All present may experience healing benefits.
