I recently experienced a wonderful and life changing trip to the wilderness of Alaska. The untouched and raw beauty of the land reminds us of who we are and why we are here. Spending time in oneness with this pristine land created a deep sense of peacefulness and balance within me. So I brought those healing energies back home with me to share with all of you in this sound bath! Archangels Metatron and Sandalphon guide us through this healing sound bath for balancing our energies on every level. Archangel Sandalphon, the Angel of Music and Prayers to Heaven, holds our Earth Star Chakras. He helps us to stay anchored and grounded as we grow. Archangel Metatron, the Angel of Ascension, holds our Stellar Gateway Chakras. He helps us to open and connect to our higher selves and divine light and love. Working with these two powerful angels aids us in finding balance between growth and rest, above and below, within and without. During this sound bath, they help us to achieve balance within the body, within the mind and within the soul, then bring us into a divine balance across all three aspects of body, mind and soul. We are awakening more and more to the divine love within us. This journey is not always an easy or smooth one.
