During this Spring Equinox sound bath, we will open and receive energies from Lady Gaia, our Mother Earth, focusing on balancing the divine masculine and feminine within ourselves. As Mother Earth moves into this space of heavenly balance of light and dark, we are able to join with this vibration and bring balance into our own bodies and fields. Given the world around us, it is all too easy to be out of balance in the energies of giving/receiving, right body/left body, wake/sleep, emotional highs/lows, motivation/lethargy, 3D/5D, grounding to earth/higher spiritual connection, etc. When we are out of alignment, it can manifest in many ways in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Where are you called to come into more balance? Have you ever experienced complete balance of your energies and fields? As we emerge from winter into the new growth and possibilities of spring, Lady Gaia is inviting us to birth a new and balanced energy blueprint within ourselves. During this sound bath, Lady Gaia will align us more deeply into the heartbeat of the earth and the rhythm of nature, helping us to reawaken the wisdom we have held for centuries.
